2025 DULCIMER WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline to receive a refund for cancellations of attending Dulcimer Week is Friday, March 28, 2025. Most cancellations received by then will receive a full refund on registration, meals, and onsite lodging, minus a $75 processing fee, except for cabin reservations as described below.

For cancellations received between March 29 and May 31, all costs minus the registration fee will be refunded, except for cabin reservations as described below. There will be no refunds made after May 31, 2025.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

Cabin lodging must be cancelled by February 28, 2025 in order to receive a refund on the cabin cost. There will be no refund for a cabin reservation cancelled after February 28 unless it can be rented to another party.

If a cabin shared by more than one party is entirely cancelled by February 28, all parties will receive a refund on their cabin costs.

If one party cancels and the other does not wish to, the cancelling party will forfeit the amount they paid for the cabin share unless another party takes their place, or unless the remaining party covers the entire cost of the cabin. Dulcimer Week reserves the right to determine the amount of refund based on the particular circumstances.
